It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Almond, yeast, more and more red berries with aeration, Pinot. The palate is supple, the mousse is restrained and low dosage is compensated by a very restrained acidity. A rather powerful sparkling wine whose Pinot genes make it very food-friendly.
