The red wine Mocenni 91 Toscana IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Bindi Sergardi has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep dark, rich garnet colour. On the nose there are aromas of ripe fruits of the forest, cassis, oak and green peppercorns, with a slightly fleshy undertone and beautiful complexity. On the palate it is dense and exciting, it spreads richly over the tongue, with a lot of drive. It is balanced, full of finesse and lingers long.
