The red wine Simbiosi Toscana IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Bindi Sergardi has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep, majestic garnet. Initially, savoury scents are noticeable on the nose, like hardwood, followed by ripe wild berries, cherries, also notes reminiscent of roasted walnuts, and a hint of milk chocolate. Complex. Very impressive juiciness and red fruit on the palate, supported by a full body with noticeable, yet juicy tannins, lots of pressure. Superb length.
