The orange wine »ONE.O« trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Bio Weingut Hoffmann has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sauvignac, Riesling, Müller-Thurgau from the region Moselle in Germany.
Fine smoke on the nose, as well as herbs paired with fruit, yeasted pastry, ripe apple and apple peel. Fresh orange zest, chamomile and yellow curry notes round off the bouquet. Firmly structured on the palate with a precise, filigree acidity that creates elegance. The grippy phenolics provide structure to the savoury and animating profile.
