Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Finely nuanced and dense aromas of apricots, peach, quince and Mirabelle plum, with cinnamon stick and white pepper too. It's delicate and elegant on the palate thanks to the supple attack with plenty of slate power, a fresh acidity in support of clear fruit, and mineral underpinnings. Slender with a linear flow and good extract, with drive and tension in the long finish.
