Tasting Notes
Highly fruity and spicy aroma. Pineapple, mild curry, peach pit, assam pepper, a touch of allspice, a very delicate caramel touch to it, but no real ripe note. Round and supple start on the palate, almost creamy, but fabric and acidity quickly make themselves known with real youthful resilience, moderate alcohol accommodates immense extract, and a compact finish with tactile mineral firmness. It is young, long, and has yellow fruit and pineapple on the finish. The minerality almost makes one shudder.
