Tasting Notes
Intense aroma of smoke, hot stone, ripe cherry, sloe and plum, with some mint behind it, multi-layered and animating. Firm and gripping on the palate, firm and gripping, lively acidity, lots of tension, lots of dynamism, red fruits appear, behind it a polished minerality, compact, long, can continue to mature.
More about the tastingSpicy on the nose. Red currants, sour cherries, strawberries, dried herbs, leaves, slate savouriness, roasted notes. Juicy, fresh on the palate. Lively acidity, pithy tannins, fresh redcurrant fruit and mineral savouriness. A Pinot Noir that can grown-up in the bottle for a few more years.
