The red wine »S« Rüdesheim Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Bischöfliches Weingut Rüdesheim GmbH has been rated in 2026 by Ulrich Sautter with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Intense aroma of smoke, hot stone, ripe cherry, sloe and plum, with some mint behind it, multi-layered and animating. Firm and gripping on the palate, firm and gripping, lively acidity, lots of tension, lots of dynamism, red fruits appear, behind it a polished minerality, compact, long, can continue to mature.

Lively acidity, pithy tannins, fresh redcurrant fruit and mineral savouriness. A Pinot Noir that can grown-up in the bottle for a few more years.
