Tasting Notes
An elegant, yet full bouquet, with notes of beeswax, ripe blackberry and plum, a hint of coconut and a subtle graphite savouriness. Soft, supple and inviting on the palate with beautiful, fresh acidity and noticeable tannins, smoky toasted notes on the finish.
More about the tastingKirsch, cinnamon, Black Forest gateau, as well as earthy, and savoury aromas. Broad and soft in the attack, mellow tannins, light sweetness, rather restrained acidity, combining suppleness and power, the alcohol (15 percent by volume) is largely integrated.
