The white wine »S37« Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Böhme & Töchter has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points.
On the nose: peach and raisin, dried fig. In the mouth, the wine reveals an impressive delicacy, subtle phenolics, a terpene-borne mid-palate, with well-integrated, ripe acidity, complex, without any austerity, although the sweetness is very restrained, the wine has a harmonious and round finish.
