The aroma has a savoury side (lemon balm, bergamot) and a fruity side (tropical notes, guava, dried mango). Powerful on the attack, the palate structure continues with a firm acidity, but also with a mellowness, suppleness and oily monoterpenes. The minerality of the site is very vivid in the tactile sensations.
