Appealing bouquet with subtle oak, crème caramel, and attractive yellow tropical fruit notes accompanied by candied lime and a touch of yeast. A weighty attack with a densely woven body, precise acidity and pleasant fruit sweetness and fine minerality. Full-bodied with a long finish, a great food wine.
