The bouquet reveals pronounced yeast aromas reminiscent of brioche, shortcrust pastry and toast, complemented by notes of quince jelly, mirabelle plum, acacia blossom and caramel. A crémant that effortlessly manages without dosage. Medium-bodied, it impresses with a harmonious balance of acidity, fruit and yeast notes. The long finish gives it additional depth.
