The aroma is dominated by shell limestone with balsamic and slightly smoky notes. There are also notes of peach stone, mango and fresh grape, even a hint of citrus and nutmeg. On the palate, the wine is still a monolith: grippingly full-bodied and fresh, with tight acidity and a haunting mineral character.
