Spicy nose with pear and apple, accompanied by meadow herbs, light balsamic savouriness. Also on the palate with earthy and herbal savouriness, juicy acidity and a mineral base. Pizza bianca? But of course!
More about the tastingBeautiful yellow-fruited nose, walnut and quince. The palate is a little more expansive than its brother Silvaner from the Stein, more spice and ripeness, losing some of its tension. Nevertheless, a very convincing Silvaner performance.
