Tangerine and dried lemon peel on the nose, also some shell limestone. The palate begins salty, then opens up a layer of suppleness that hints at the shell limestone of the large vineyards, fresh carbonic acid and a ripe acid nerve lead into a finish of good length. High-quality Ortswein.
