Bright pink colour, fresh and stimulating on the nose. Bright red fruits, raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants and rosehips. Well-structured, dry and very fresh on the palate, with light fermentation. Some savouriness and candied fruit join the flavours that were already convincing on the nose. Pleasantly long finish.
