Straw yellow with delicate copper reflections. Very fragrant on the nose, clear, delicate aromas of bread crust, wild berries, lemon, some sealing wax, with a delicate aftertaste of fresh peach. Fresh, brisk on the palate, with great acidity and airy mousse, very elegant, salty, balanced.
