Bright straw yellow colour. Intense and complex on the nose. Yellow apple, vanilla, light yeasty notes, slightly exotic flavours of mango and pineapple. Structured on the palate, mouth-filling mousse. Harmonious balance between fruit and mellowness. Pleasantly long finish.
