The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Rosé Lambrusco di Sorbara Spumante DOC Brut, vintage 2016 from the winery Cantina della Volta has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Brilliantly radiant onion skin colour. Opens with aromas of red berry, also cassis and rose hip, then some buttery notes and pine nut, chocolate towards the end. On the palate the entrance is lively, animatingly clear in the approach and course, has energy, nevertheless seems delicate, balanced and persistently long on the finish.
