Bright, Baroque ruby red. On the nose, wet wood, molasses, nougat, ripe cherries and ripe figs with a slightly smoky note. On the palate great acidity, lively, with clear, dried fruit, old-school style, then unfortunately a bit too much grippy tannin on the finish.
