Radiant, rich golden yellow. The nose opens on very intense, spiced notes of ginger and white pepper, before rich fruit emerges - first candied bergamot peel and kumquat, then lots of apricot. Round and balanced on the palate, it flows calmly and serenely with lots of sweet texture. Apricot and peach echo the nose, with a fine bitter-sweet note on the finish that makes the wine seem almost weightless in the aftertaste.
