Clear, rich golden yellow colour. A very clear and memorable nose, reminiscent of cloves and ground ginger, followed by a fine peach note. Lots of sweetness and concentrated fruit on the palate, but also a vivid acidity that provides a good counterbalance. Spreads out full and long, as if from a single mould, with a very long finish.
