Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

It has a powerful rich ruby red colour with a purple tinge. There is a compact nose of ripe amarena cherry, dark chocolate, as well as a slight hint of sealing wax on the finish. Taut and grippy on the palate, it is rustic and earthy, and it unfolds with breadth in a muscular way. There is a slight animal character, it has good tension, and it is powerful on the finish.
