Tasting from 19.11.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Powerful, bright ruby. Compact and intense nose, full of black cherry and wild raspberry, in the background some dried mushrooms. Full-bodied and gripping on the palate, builds up very well, dense tannin, but also juicy fruit, fine savouriness on the finish.
