Tasting Notes
Clear ruby with lightening to rim. Opens with notes of bay leaf and thyme, some cherry in the background. Opens nicely on the palate, salty and complex, a powerhouse, compact, dense tannins and lots of sweet texture on the finish.
More about the tastingRich, sparkling ruby. Opens on the nose with light vegetal notes of cardamom and fresh herbs, followed by beautiful cherry and plum. Lots of fresh, present fruit on the palate, opens with dense tannins, somewhat bulky from the mid-palate onwards, good pressure on the finish, but the wine still seems very raw, still needs ageing.
