Tasting Notes
Shiny ruby with a slightly pale rim. Shows very clear fruit on the nose, of blackberry, dark cherry and plums fresh from the tree, nice display. Smooth and round in approach and course, prances over the tongue, lots of juicy fruit, shows nice drinking flow, opens with finely meshed tannin, tastes like more!
More about the tastingShiny, bright ruby, clear. Opens on the nose with fine savoury notes, some anchovy, plus dark rose petal and lots of dark cherry. Very clean and precise, juicy cherry and elderberry, lots of fine mesh, grippy tannin, salty and long, polished.
