The red wine Barolo DOCG Raviole, vintage 2017 from the winery Cascina Cappellano has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright garnet red with a copper rim. Aromas of ripe blueberry, poppy seeds and geranium, with a hint of mocha. Juicy on the palate, shows fresh playfulness, a little unrounded tannin, quite pithy but juicy on the palate, finishes delicately bitter, lovely aftertaste.
