Intense, radiant greenish yellow with elegant, very fine mousse. Fragrant nose of candied lemon, some yeast, chamomile, reminiscent of freshly brewed peppermint in the background, inviting. Fresh on the palate, with great juiciness and a light-footed finish, uncomplicated but not banal, a fine pleasure. Has benefited from a little longer maturation in the bottle.
