The white wine Südtirol Chardonnay Riserva Burgum Novum DOC, vintage 2011 from the winery Castelfeder has been rated in 2015 by Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant, rich straw yellow. Intense, finely drawn nose, aromas of fresh hazelnuts, apricots and pineapple. Round and supple on the palate, fine tropical fruit, then shows present, well-integrated acidity at the back, gives the wine drive, long finish.
