The white wine Südtirol Pinot Bianco Tecum DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Castelfeder has been rated in 2015 by Othmar Kiem with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Sparkling, intense straw yellow with green nuances. Very open and appealing nose, smells of ripe lemons, also subtle herbal notes, fresh and clear. Juicy and full-bodied on the palate, sparkling, opens with lots of present fruit, profound, extremely juicy, fine mineral notes on the finish.
