Tasting Notes
Brilliant, fine ruby with a slight garnet shimmer. Inviting nose with notes of dark currants and plums, then fine kitchen herbs, thyme and aniseed. Plenty of gripping, dense tannins on the palate, lots of cassis and raspberry, unfortunately the tannins become a little rough at the back, slightly drying, still very raw.
