Orange-tinged. Caramel, quince, mint and sage fragrance, with air, becoming more herbaceous. Very broad and generous palate kept tense by fresh nervy acidity and a solid tannic structure. Completely old school but a dream with food - scampi, quails, poultry salad with herbs.
