Tasting Notes
Rich, bright ruby with a garnet rim. Very intense and compact on the nose with hints of truffle and liquorice, then wild raspberries and background earthy notes. Lots of taut, substantial tannins on the palate, which build up in many layers, hearty and intense with lots of ripe fruit and a very long finish. Still has a lot of life ahead of it.
