The red wine Bricco Boschis Vigna San Giuseppe Barolo Riserva DOCG, vintage 2008 from the winery Cavallotto has been rated in 2014 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Intense, flint garnet red colour. Very clear and vivid nose, flavours of wild raspberries, blackberries, leather, truffles and nuts. On the palate as if from a single mould, rich, ripe fruit, lots of vivid, dense tannin, with a fine texture, builds up over a very long time, remains on the palate for a long time.
