The white wine Heida, vintage 2019 from the winery Cave Biber SA has been rated in 2021 by Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Savagnin Blanc from the region Salquenen - Salgesch in Switzerland.
Yellow in colour, with green reflections. An intense bouquet shows aromas of white flowers, ripe Mirabelle plums, lychee and candied pineapple. It's juicy on the palate with very well-integrated acidity in the attack. Some savoury aromas and notes of peeled almonds and citrus also emerge, alongside some white pepper on the finish.
