Rich, bright golden yellow with a flint core and beautiful mousse. Intense bread crust, chamomile and stewed pears on the nose, with a hint of vanilla. On the palate a slightly coarse-grained but soft mousse, taut acidity and beautiful drive on the lingering, slightly salty finish.
