Bright straw yellow colour. Intense and fragrant nose of white flowers, green apple, subtle honeycomb, then candied lemon zest, blood orange, pineapple. Balanced and prancing on the palate, carried by exciting acidity, crystalline alpine edge with lots of energy, arrowhead with a long finish.
