It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Arbane, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris, Glera from the region Champagne in France.
Light yellow in colour, with fine and persistent effervescence. Honeysuckle, kumquat, apricots, candied orange and lemon peel, dried fruit and marshmellow on the nose. Balanced dosage on the palate, with a fine texture and elegant mousse. Good length with chalky minerality, salty freshness and citrus, which give the wine backbone and tension. (Deg. 11/24 - RE).
