It shows linear drive on the palate, with delicately pronounced fruit, the finest mousse, pithy acidity and chalky minerality. Full-bodied and gripping. The finish is dry and pure, with a long peppery aftertaste. An unconventional, exciting pleasure, which is marked by the seven grape varieties.
