Bright greenish yellow with silver reflections. Aromas of green apple, pear and fresh garden herbs with some lime zest on the nose. It shows linear drive on the palate, with delicately pronounced fruit, the finest mousse, pithy acidity and chalky minerality. Full-bodied and gripping. The finish is dry and pure, with a long peppery aftertaste. An unconventional, exciting pleasure, which is marked by the seven grape varieties.
