Disgorged 12/2023. Fine mousse. Restrained on the nose, with hints of chalk, yeast biscuits and white flowers, notes of rosehip and early apple also characterise the nose. Perfectly balanced on the palate, with a creamy mousse and fine texture, a very good and animating balance between the ripeness and acidity. Very animating to drink, invigoratingly sparkling and fine.
