Brilliant golden yellow. Fine citrus aromas, green apple with fresh garden herbs and a touch of almond cookie on the nose. Soft mousse, pleasantly creamy mouthfeel with an appealing acid structure. Medium length. Tart notes of grapefruit in the aftertaste.
