Medium straw yellow with silver reflections and a persistent mousse. Delicate, almost ethereal nuances of verbena and mint, ripe yellow peach fruit and some blossom honey on the nose, underlaid with candied lime zest. The palate is juicy and elegant, with fine pome fruit nuances and a fine structure. Finishes mineral and balanced, a grown-up food companion. (PM).
