Pale straw yellow with silver-coloured reflections. Fine and precise on the nose, with hints of citrus cream, green herbs, greengage and a hint of apple. Finely balanced on the palate with harmoniously integrated mousse and an invigorating, balanced acidity, supported by a fine sweetness. The finish has a juicy, tart grapefruit flavour.
