Medium yellow gold with green reflections. Lime zest, pear and greengage on the nose, with a hint of fresh bread crust. Fine mousse on the palate, hints of ripe fruit and a juicy, balanced acidity with minerality. Medium-bodied, carried by a fine spiciness, with notes of almond paste and fermented yellow apple on the finish. A versatile food wine.
