Brilliant salmon pink with copper reflections. Animating red-fruited fragrance of dark cherries, orange peel, delicate tea rose and biscuit. A lively, animating acidity on the palate, fine mousse, pleasantly dry, complex, elegant body and discreet tannins, great finesse, superb length, salty traces on the finish. Suitable with roasted meats.
