Tasting Notes
Scents of butterscotch, saffron, redcurrant, green tea. Intense but at the same time delivering a fine mousse. Rich and creamy backbone, mineral-spicy echoing aromas, finely chiselled, crisp acidity, sublime spice, yeast, brioche nuances, saline and seaweed, offers a combination of a generous and a finely nuanced structure. Undeniably sophisticated
More about the tastingLight golden yellow, silver reflections, delicate mousse. Fine scents of yellow apple fruit underlaid with a little brioche pervaded by nuances of lime and orange blossom, multi-faceted, mineral bouquet. Taut, very pristine, white stone fruit nuances, lively structure, elegant, discreetly expressive on the finish, excellent length and with good ageing potential. Will show its full potential after two or three years of further bottle ageing.
