Tasting from 16.08.2023: Ulrich Sautter

An archetypal Champagne yeast on the nose, slightly buttery notes and aromas of Immortelle flowers. In the mouth, the wine has the impression of lightness, the mousse is lively, the acidity remains discreet and the finish hints at chalky notes. The dosage, towards the bottom of "Brut" (7 grams), supports the impression of lightness and elegance. A pleasant, sparkling aperitif capable of pleasing even larger parties.
