Complex aroma, apple skin, brioche, peach, apricots, acacia honey, freshly ground hazelnut. Lively, fine mousse on the palate, delicate acidity plays around a creamy core, fresh stone fruit, with tension and drive, mineral and salty, as an aperitif and with small appetisers and seafood.
