Light, bright copper colour. Expressive red fruit on the nose with strawberry, raspberry, a hint of orange peel and fine brioche. Juicy, well-integrated acidity on the palate with a subtle hint of sweetness. Medium body, carried by a fine mousse. Fruity-sweet cherry flavours on the finish, subtly complemented by a touch of fleur de sel.
More about the tastingLight salmon pink in colour with silver reflections and a lively mousse. Delicate herbal savouriness, some baked goods, nuances of strawberries, and a smoky and yeasty edge on the nose. Lean, fine berry fruit and subtle acidity on the palate, leading into the mineral-lemon finish. An uncomplicated style. (PM).
