Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections and a slightly watery rim. An attractive bouquet with fine blackberry and subtle smoky and savoury notes in the background, ripe cherries, some liquorice, a mineral touch, hints of candied orange zest and herbal savouriness. Powerful and fruity with a touch of nougat, intense but fine and perfectly integrated tannins balanced with good acidic structure and a chocolate finish. A real Vin de Garde, but already very seductive.
